Please Follow The Steps To Register

Step 1: Registration Form

Please complete the form below and hit submit.

Once your application and payment have been received, you will be notified and welcomed into PPTA membership.

Step 2: Pay Dues

After submitting your registration please pay your membership dues by mail. Please allow for 7-10 days for checks to be cashed and cleared through the banks.

Dues:

$75 per year, with a discounted rate of $65 for those over age 65. The years runs from July 1 - June 30.
