Please join PPTA in our celebration of centuries of artistic endeavor and great creativity by performing, listening to, and appreciating women composers at the piano. We will present a recital at PYCO in the Recital Hall on Saturday, March 21st (Women's History Month!) at 3:00pm, with a reception to follow the recital. Both PPTA teacher-members and their students will be performing pieces by women composers (including some compositions by our own members!) Solos and duets may be performed, and all levels of pieces by women composers are welcomed. Male performers are certainly welcomed, too! The public is invited to attend this event. Dress is "recital-casual" and we suggest that performers should limit their pieces to around or under five minutes to accommodate a good number of pianists. Performer list is filling up, so don't delay in contacting Andrea Doyle (email@example.com or 412-881-8603) to join in or to ask for further information.
Looking forward to a memorable event with our PPTA Members and their Students!
Due to the current COVID-19 pandemic, following the guidelines of the CDC and governor Tom Wolf, all PPTA activities are suspended indefinitely.
